What does your process look like?

Step 1 - I'll ask you to request a quote by completing our questionnaire. You can request your no-obligation, free quote by going to the contact page.

Once you've submitted your quote form, I'll be in touch with you via email or phone (whichever you prefer), to begin the initial stages of the planning process.

Step 2 - Once we've agreed to work together to design your family's dream vacation, I'll send you an invoice for an upfront $300 deposit to secure your reservation. Once you book with B&B Travel, this payment will be applied to the existing cost of your trip. That's right, no booking fee!

Step 3 - I'll provide options for you and keep revising them until we are settled on the perfect plan that suits all your traveler's needs. The major benefit of using a Travel Advisor is being informed about your destination choices so you can make smart decisions on your investment. Our duty is to provide you with that information and educate you as travelers. That is why we will provide unlimited no-obligation quotes until everyone is satisfied, in order to take care of you and your family in the best way possible.

Do you charge a planning fee?

No! Boots & Bookings does not charge a planning/booking fee for our services. We operate under a good faith basis, and like to believe that if you engage in planning with us, you'll book with us. We do require a $300 deposit upfront that will be applied to the cost of your trip. If you choose to cancel your trip, this becomes a non-refundable deposit to compensate for our time and hard work put into planning your travel experience.
